Somewhere along the way I got behind in the OLS weeks. I believe I’m caught up now. Last Saturday, we had our garage sale end and my cousin’s wedding almost back to back and I completely spaced on picking up our CSA share at the farmers market. It was even too late for me to call to have it held at the food co-op. I made a Blueberry Crisp, based off of Kathie’s Peach Crisp recipe. The blueberries were from Mount Vernon. I also made some carrot bread (Nash’s organic carrots-Sequim) which was devoured rather quickly. I made a quiche for this morning’s breakfast with local eggs (Skagit Valley) and spinach (Sequim).
